Audiologist - Hixson Location
For Dr. Kaylee Skipper, audiology is both personal and meaningful. Growing up, she remembers hugging her Papaw and hearing his hearing aids whistle. That early memory inspired her to pursue audiology so she could one day give others—and their families—the gift of clear, comfortable communication. Although her Papaw passed away before she finished school, Dr. Skipper carries that motivation with her daily as she helps patients reconnect with their loved ones.
Dr. Skipper has been practicing audiology for several years and is especially passionate about working with tinnitus patients. She strives to provide hope and compassion, reassuring them that tinnitus can be managed and that they don’t have to simply "live with it." She also enjoys the simple satisfaction of ear cleanings and celebrates every success story when her patients experience a better quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Skipper enjoys hiking and swimming with her dog, Spud, and spending time with her family. A former audiology extern in the Cayman Islands, she now calls Tennessee home but still loves adventure—her bucket-list dream is rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. Patients are often delighted to learn that she’s a proud Alabama fan—Roll Tide!
