An update to our patients concerning Johnson Audiology's COVID-19 response.
Johnson Audiology announces curbside service now available and until further notice for routine services like hearing aid clean and checks, hearing aid repairs and supply pick-ups.
Johnson Audiology wishes to offer the highest level of care and service to our patients while still complying with recommendations on social distancing during the current COVID-19 event.
For routine services like hearing aid clean and checks and repairs as well as for hearing aid supply needs (batteries, wax traps, etc.), we have curbside service now available. If you need a clean and check or a repair on your hearing aids, please call our office when you arrive. We will come to your car, gather your hearing aids and service them within 30 minutes or less and bring them back to your car. Or if you need hearing aid supplies, we will bring those to your car.
This will allow patients the opportunity to complete routine services without needing to wait in our front lobbies.
Please note that all usual fees for services and supplies will still apply.
